Project Coordinator

Full Time, remote OR Plymouth, MN office. 

Media Group Communications is currently seeking an entry level Project Coordinator. 

Media Group Communications' environment is fast moving, very social, and highly creative. Employees wear a lot of hats: from process development, liaising with influencers, community growth, to record keeping. A successful candidate will bring energy to the office and clients, will contribute to the company's growth and success, and as such, will develop a larger role for themselves in the company. 

The Project Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred 
  • Great verbal and written communications skills 
  • Highly organized 
  • Ability to multi-task and continually prioritize duties
  • Ability to work as a team, but also independently and self-directed

Sample Daily Tasks

+ Manage all service related work for a portfolio of clients, from customer request to receipt of deliverables. 

+ Assist and take direction from Project Managers on Project related tasks such as technician assignment, on-site support, and collecting and quality checking deliverables

+ Attend client monthly meetings and assist Project Manager in gathering and delivering service feedback and metrics. 

+ Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings. 

+ Become an advocate of the Company online and offline; includes social media spaces, engaging in dialogues, and answering questions where appropriate.
